Pamela Tarectecan is a creative and structured academic guide with over a decade of combined experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), a secondary science teacher, and a private tutor. She specializes in building confidence and independence in her students, using her dual background in science and special education to develop individualized learning plans.

With three years of experience as a Secondary Science Teacher in MCPS and eight years as a tutor, Pamela is capable of working with a wide range of ages (2-18). Her B.S. in Biological Sciences and degree in Secondary Education make her an expert in high-level STEM, while her RBT certification and additional certification for working with children with autism provide her with unique strategies to bridge any learning gap.
