"I have been a special educator the past three years. Therefore I have lots of experience with students who need their learning needs met. For a student struggling I like to try multiple strategies. For example a visual timer, preview of questions. I would adapt my session with these strategies that best help the student. I would collaborate with the family as well to ensure they know the strategies I am using, I also can help with IEP consult too."
