Teaching Philosophy:

"I would approach a student who is struggling with a concept to lets work together and use the resources around us to either find the answer or show us how to get to the answer in a way that might be better understood. I like to use encouragement, positive reinforcement, and a reward system that focuses more on what they do right instead of what they do wrong. Motivation and wanting to learn, has to come before materials and subjects are actually learned."
