Michaela Carter is an innovative educator with a comprehensive background in special education and child development. With a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration from Old Dominion University, Michaela combines administrative precision with classroom passion. Currently a Special Education Teacher for the 4th Grade EAP Program at Lake Arbor Elementary School, she specializes in creating inclusive learning environments and developing individualized strategies that help students thrive both academically and personally.
