Teaching Philosophy:

"Every student learns differently, so my goal is to introduce the same concept in multiple ways until it truly makes sense. Whether a student is working through Algebra 1 proofs or reading comprehension, I break material down into manageable steps and use a variation of targeted comprehension questions to check for understanding. Grounded in my behavioral and psychological background, I rely on positive reinforcement and engaging strategies to help students stay motivated, overcome learning hurdles, and build independent academic confidence."

  • ABA Behavior Technician: Worked as a paraprofessional at ABA Today, implementing one-on-one therapy plans for children with autism. He uses positive reinforcement strategies (including Functional Communication Training and Discrete Trial Training) to build communication and daily living skills while addressing challenging behaviors.
