Teaching Philosophy
"My approach to tutoring is grounded in patience, structure, and empowerment. As an EL specialist, I am accustomed to tailoring instruction to meet unique needs, using small groups and adapted materials to ensure understanding. I believe in helping students not just memorize facts, but understand the 'why' and 'how' behind the material. Whether teaching a second language or complex government concepts, I foster a supportive environment where students build the confidence to succeed independently."
