Jacqueline Welsh is a dedicated educator and Vanderbilt University alumna holding a 4.0 GPA. Based in Springfield, VA, Jacqueline holds a B.A. in Communication Studies with a minor in English. She brings years of specialized tutoring experience, including serving as a Head Tutor, providing strategic ACT Prep, and working with special needs students. Jacqueline is passionate about helping students from Kindergarten through 12th grade succeed.

"I like to ask them where they are getting hung up or explain it to me as far as they can and then work from the part where things aren't making sense to them. I try to keep students engaged by switching up concepts frequently instead of working on one of the same type of problems for a long time. Like when it comes to math, I believe that taking time away from something to focus on something else can help you understand it better."
