Mateo Romano is a dedicated educator and current student at Tufts University (Class of 2028), where he is pursuing a dual BA/MPH degree in Community Health with a minor in Economics. Based in Arlington, VA, Mateo brings a collaborative, face-to-face approach to his tutoring sessions. With official experience tutoring for the College Board, he specializes in Reading, Writing, and SAT Preparation for middle and high school students in 7th through 11th grade. Mateo excels at identifying a student's unique strengths and adapting his teaching methods to meet their specific needs.

Advanced Writing & Editing Skills: Served as a Research Assistant for the NYU Langone School of Medical Ethics, where he honed his language skills by reviewing and editing grant proposals, drafting interview questions, and analyzing data sets.
