Teaching Philosophy
"I structure my instruction by initially meeting a student within their unique Zone of Proximal Development to ensure they immediately experience academic success. From there, I systematically build upon what they already know, carefully breaking down complex milestones while constantly highlighting their day-to-day progress. I make it a priority to reassure my students that my role is to walk alongside them through the unknown, helping them confidently cross every new bridge of knowledge. I find it incredibly rewarding to show students the tangible evidence of their own growth, proving to them firsthand that structured hard work and perseverance truly pay off."
