- Missed sessions can be rescheduled
- Holiday Weeks: During Thanksgiving week, the last week of December, or Spring Break, we'll automatically add two weeks to your membership if we can't hold a session.
- Make-Up Sessions: You get priority rescheduling. If we can't find a time before your membership ends, we'll extend it for you.

What happens after payment:
Once payment is received, your purchased hours will be reflected in your Magellan Tutoring profile and you can begin scheduling continued sessions.
Payment is required after your trial session and before continued tutoring begins. Our tutoring packages represent bulk hour purchases that you renew as needed. You're not limited to just those hours and can continue tutoring by purchasing additional packages whenever your hours run low.
